The Pre-primary programme is designed to offer a comprehensive, integrated Early Childhood Education.
It is aimed towards preserving the Muslim Fitrah of our little "Flowers of Islam" along with providing opportunities for optimal emotional, individual, social, spiritual, and physical growth.
Our Pre-primary goals and objectives include; developing self-concept, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, language arts, mathematics' readiness, science, reading readiness, phonics and physical education.
Thematic learning nurtures the inquisitive minds in a vast horizon. Selective Audio-visual aid and computers are available for exploration and skill building. Exposure to natural environment ensures learning by observation. Training in hygiene and healthy habits form the bases of a cautious life.
PRIMARY PROGRAMME
The Primary Program focuses on meeting the increasing intellectual and social needs of the growing personalities. Our comprehensive and enriched curriculum provides students with greater opportunities for social, creative, intellectual, moral and emotional learning through studies, activities and project work.The program builds on the foundation established in earlier years, deepening our students' love and respect of self, learning and encouraging it to branch out into new areas. We support their ability to think critically, solve problems and use Star Links School's valuable library resources in order to construct knowledge.
Students are taught to take responsibility and benefit from more structured and rigorous assignments. Our teachers strive to find an appropriate balance between academic engagement and academic challenge, while providing an environment of enjoyable exploration and fun.
SECONDARY PROGRAMME
Star Links School's Secondary Programme follows rigorous pre-O' Level requirements to prepare the students for the O level exams. The school also provides students with the right opportunities for social, creative, intellectual, moral and emotional learning through studies, activities, research and project work. Our teachers encourage and facilitate students to analyze things and situations from critical perspective which is necessary for the adult world that lies ahead of them.
Hifz Programme is a unique after school programme which runs parallel to the school's academic program. It provides our students with an opportunity to memorize the Qur'an at an early stage. It is based upon LISTEN TO LEARN methodology, the more a student listens, easier the memorization becomes. It is offered from Grades 1 till 8. Eligibility for the Hifz Programme depends upon the commitment by the parents and student to cope with both studies without compromising on either.
Completion of Hifz depends on the pace of the student as per his effort and time.
